Ventuno is a modern Italian skylounge restaurant and dinner club on the 21st floor of Ruby Emma Hotel Amsterdam. The experience brings together modern Italian dining, skyline views, a lively bar, a curated Wine Room and live entertainment every evening.

Ventuno is located on the 21st floor of Ruby Emma Hotel Amsterdam, at Amstelvlietstraat 4, 1096 GG Amsterdam.

Do I need a reservation?

We recommend making a reservation in advance, especially for dinner, weekends, special occasions and larger groups.

Can I visit Ventuno without a dinner reservation?

This depends on availability. Guests are welcome to join for drinks when space allows, but a reservation is recommended to secure your table.

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through the reservation button on the website.

Can I change my reservation?

Reservation changes are subject to availability. Guests can update their reservation through the reservation system or contact the team directly.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are subject to Ventuno’s reservation policy. Guests should cancel or adjust their reservation in time through the reservation system or contact the team directly.

Do you require a deposit?

For selected reservations, group bookings, special occasions or high-demand dates, a deposit may be required. The deposit policy will be shown during the reservation process.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you are running late, please contact Ventuno as soon as possible. Tables may be held for a limited time, depending on availability and the reservation schedule.

Can I request a specific table?

Guests can share seating preferences when making a reservation. Specific table requests are subject to availability, unless a guaranteed window booth is selected during the reservation process.

Yes. Guests can select a guaranteed window booth when making a reservation, subject to availability.

Is there live entertainment at Ventuno?

Yes. Live entertainment is part of the Ventuno experience every evening. During the week, the atmosphere is shaped by vocalists, instrumentalists and refined live performances. On weekends, the energy rises with special acts and dinner club atmosphere.

Upcoming public events, jazz nights, seasonal dinners and recurring restaurant experiences can be found on the What’s On page.

Do I need a separate ticket for events?

Most restaurant experiences can be booked through a regular reservation, but selected events may have a specific reservation route or ticket requirement. This will be stated on the event page.

Can I request a specific song or live music moment?

For selected occasions, music requests or live entertainment moments can be discussed in advance. These requests are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Can I book entertainment for a private event?

Yes. Entertainment can be discussed as part of a private event request, depending on the type of event, timing and availability.

Do you offer an à la carte menu?

Yes. Ventuno offers an à la carte menu with modern Italian dishes, Ventuno favourites and signature dishes.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Yes. Vegetarian options are available on the menu.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation. The team will do its best to accommodate your request, but cross-contamination cannot always be fully guaranteed.

Do you offer halal options?

Halal options may be available upon request. Please contact the team in advance to discuss what is possible.

Can I view the menu online?

Do you offer group menus?

Yes. Group menus are available for larger groups. For group bookings or private events, please contact the team in advance.

Do you offer bar bites?

Yes, selected bar bites are available. The bar menu may vary depending on the day and availability.

Can I come to Ventuno just for drinks?

Guests are welcome to join for drinks when availability allows. We recommend making a reservation, especially on busy evenings.

Does Ventuno have a bar?

Yes. The bar is an important part of the Ventuno experience, with cocktails, wines, champagnes, classic drinks, signature serves and late-night drinks.

Do you have a wine list?

Yes. Ventuno offers a curated wine selection designed to complement the menu and the occasion.

Can I request wine pairing?

Wine pairing may be available depending on the reservation, menu and occasion. Please ask the team in advance or during your visit

Do you have a Wine Room?

Yes. Ventuno has a Wine Room, which can be used for selected private moments, special requests or event settings, subject to availability.

Can I reserve the Wine Room?

The Wine Room can be requested for selected occasions, such as champagne moments, desserts, proposals or private experiences. Availability must be confirmed by the team.
